Shipping Policy

Effective Date: August 2, 2026

Thank you for shopping with BulkBag Warehouse LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and inspected.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Order quantity
  • Warehouse location
  • Payment verification
  • Freight scheduling
  • Custom or special-order requirements

Estimated processing and shipping information may be displayed on the product page, during checkout, or in the order confirmation.

Submitting an order does not guarantee immediate shipment.

Shipping Locations

BulkBag Warehouse LLC currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Some products, locations, islands, remote areas, military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require special arrangements or additional shipping charges.

Customers should contact us before ordering if delivery is required outside the contiguous United States or to a location with restricted access.

Shipping Methods

Orders may be shipped through:

  • Parcel carriers
  • Less-than-truckload freight carriers
  • Full truckload carriers
  • Manufacturer or supplier warehouses
  • Other approved delivery services

The shipping method depends on the product’s size, weight, quantity, destination, and availability.

Some products may ship separately or from different warehouse locations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including:

  • Destination
  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Order quantity
  • Shipping method
  • Carrier rates
  • Residential or commercial delivery
  • Special delivery requirements

The shipping amount displayed during checkout may be an estimate.

For large, heavy, palletized, or freight orders, we may contact the customer if the final carrier charge differs materially from the amount initially calculated.

Any additional charge will be communicated before shipment whenever reasonably possible.

Freight Deliveries

Large or palletized orders may be delivered by a freight carrier.

Freight deliveries commonly require:

  • A valid telephone number
  • An accessible delivery location
  • An adult or authorized representative present at delivery
  • Suitable equipment or personnel for unloading

The customer must notify us before shipment if any of the following services are required:

  • Residential delivery
  • Lift-gate service
  • Limited-access delivery
  • Inside delivery
  • Construction-site delivery
  • Farm or rural delivery
  • Appointment delivery
  • Military-base delivery
  • School, church, government-building, or storage-facility delivery

Additional carrier charges may apply for these services.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery Access

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

The delivery area must be reasonably safe and accessible for the carrier and delivery vehicle.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing correct contact information
  • Responding to carrier calls or appointment requests
  • Ensuring adequate access for delivery
  • Arranging unloading equipment or personnel when needed
  • Informing us of gates, narrow roads, restricted entrances, or other access limitations
  • Paying additional carrier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information

Charges for redelivery, address correction, storage, detention, reconsignment, missed appointments, or refused delivery may be charged to the customer when legally permitted.

Delivery Estimates

Any processing, shipping, transit, or delivery dates provided are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Road closures
  • Natural disasters
  • Product shortages
  • Warehouse delays
  • Labor disruptions
  • Equipment failure
  • Government actions
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Freight-terminal congestion

BulkBag Warehouse LLC is not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control.

When we learn that an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will communicate available options as required by applicable law. These options may include accepting the delay or canceling the unshipped portion of the order for a refund.

Tracking Information

Tracking or freight information will be provided when available.

Tracking information may take time to update after the shipping label or freight paperwork has been created.

For freight shipments, tracking may require contacting the carrier directly using the freight or PRO number provided.

Inspecting Parcel Deliveries

Customers should inspect parcel shipments immediately upon delivery.

Please report missing, incorrect, defective, or damaged products as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within five business days after delivery.

Keep all products, labels, boxes, wrapping, pallets, and packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Inspecting Freight Deliveries

The customer or authorized recipient must inspect freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt.

Before accepting delivery:

  1. Count the pallets, packages, or items.
  2. Inspect the shrink wrap, boxes, bags, and pallets.
  3. Look for tears, punctures, crushed areas, stains, missing products, or shifted loads.
  4. Photograph any visible damage.
  5. Clearly describe the damage or shortage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
  6. Keep a copy of the signed receipt.

Do not sign the delivery receipt as being in good condition when visible damage or shortages exist.

Signing without noting visible damage may affect the ability to recover compensation from the freight carrier.

Concealed Damage

Damage that was not reasonably visible at delivery should be reported immediately after discovery.

Please provide:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and pallet
  • A copy of the delivery receipt, when applicable

Do not discard or use damaged products until we provide further instructions.

Lost Shipments

If tracking shows no movement, an order appears lost, or delivery is significantly overdue, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Carrier investigations may require additional time.

We will work with the carrier and customer to determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before submitting an order.

Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment begins.

The customer may be responsible for costs caused by:

  • An incorrect address
  • An incomplete address
  • Carrier address corrections
  • Shipment interception
  • Reconsignment
  • Return to sender
  • Redelivery

Refused Deliveries

Customers should not refuse a shipment unless the shipment is clearly damaged, incorrect, or refusal has been authorized by BulkBag Warehouse LLC.

A customer who refuses delivery without authorization may be responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return freight charges
  • Storage charges
  • Redelivery expenses
  • Other carrier fees

Any refund will be reviewed after the returned shipment has been received and inspected.

Split Shipments

An order may be divided into multiple shipments.

Products may arrive on different dates and through different carriers, particularly when products are fulfilled from multiple warehouses or suppliers.

Customers will not be charged twice for the same shipping service unless additional shipping was requested or agreed upon.

Special and Custom Orders

Custom-manufactured, custom-printed, and special-order products may require longer processing times.

Estimated schedules for these products are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Custom orders may not be cancelable after manufacturing, printing, or material procurement begins.

International Shipping

BulkBag Warehouse LLC does not offer general international shipping unless approved in advance.

For an approved international order, the customer is responsible for applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Permits
  • Documentation
  • Local delivery charges
  • Regulatory compliance

BulkBag Warehouse LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import authorities.

Risk of Loss

Responsibility for loss or damage will be determined according to applicable law, the agreed shipping terms, carrier rules, and the specific circumstances of the shipment.

Nothing in this policy limits customer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Returns

Shipping a product back does not automatically qualify it for a refund.

All returns require prior approval and are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Unless a return results from our error, an incorrect shipment, or a verified defect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and freight costs.
