Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 2, 2026

At BulkBag Warehouse LLC, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Because our products are industrial and shipping costs can vary, all returns and refunds are reviewed individually.

Return Requests

Customers may request a return by contacting BulkBag Warehouse LLC within 30 days of delivery.

To be considered for a return, the product should be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • Unaltered
  • In resalable condition
  • Returned with proof of purchase

All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not automatic and will depend on the condition of the product, the reason for the return, and the circumstances of the order.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs unless the return is caused by:

  • An incorrect product being shipped
  • A verified product defect
  • Damage caused before or during delivery

Return shipping costs are not refundable unless BulkBag Warehouse LLC agrees otherwise in writing.

Customers should use a trackable and properly insured shipping method. BulkBag Warehouse LLC is not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged during return shipment.

Refunds

Approved returns may receive a full refund within reason, based on the condition of the returned product and the circumstances of the order.

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

A full refund may be issued when:

  • The product is returned unused and in resalable condition
  • The incorrect product was shipped
  • The product is confirmed to be defective
  • BulkBag Warehouse LLC determines that a full refund is fair and appropriate

Original shipping and freight charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by BulkBag Warehouse LLC or its supplier.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Visible damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 5 business days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of any freight damage

BulkBag Warehouse LLC will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products may not be eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Damaged or altered products
  • Custom-manufactured products
  • Custom-printed products
  • Special-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale products

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of BulkBag Warehouse LLC.

Return Authorization

Customers must contact BulkBag Warehouse LLC before returning any product.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
